ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is João Marcos. I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, and I'm 40 years old. I am a Christian, married to Mariane Gabri, and I have the privilege of being Hulk's best friend.

Until 2023, I was sedentary, but my life has undergone a significant transformation. Today, I practice crossfit and have started running, aiming to live a healthier and more active lifestyle.
